President Biden Press Conference
President Biden’s press first conference was good; he stuck to his talking points and fumbled to get his thoughts together, which was prepared by his speechwriter, vice president, and team members and told him that he “You got this!”
For Joe Biden, he got a kiss from his wife. She told him. “Go get ’em, Tiger.” He can’t wait after the meeting to see his wife. But when he turned back, it wasn’t his wife that he kissed. It was the ghost of Abigail Adams with a basket full of clothes in the laundry basket. She was waiting for President Joe Biden, and she waved at him. Creepy. She waited for him to leave so she could hang her clothes in the East Room. He thought he smelled April’s fresh scent in the air, but it was his Vice President.
He looked out to a sea of reporters; they were all social distancing and wearing masks. And each one looked like Sponge Bob Square Pants; he blinked a few times. They were still there. President Biden looked like a deer being blinded by the headlights of a car. It was the spotlights overhead.
When he was calling out the names of reporters, he was fumbling with the call sheet of reporters. Does he know them by heart? They were right in front of him. He knows their name by looking at their faces. He could easily pick one of them because they were right in front of him. And he missed a few reporters; he…
