Mannequins In Space
As you may know, the Artemis I moon mission has been postponed due the engine problems and a bleed test, meaning the proper temperature range for liftoff. The bleed test is used for cooling the engines down. Meaning it would not take off.
It was in the 1980s I sent my sister into space. My parents rented out a bounce house so we could have fun. We did not have internet or Wi-Fi. My sister and I would jump around doing somersaults. Flip around. The Fall Guy (1981) was a popular TV show with crazy stunts. I am eighty kids. I like shows from the 1980s. The music of the 1980s was fantastic.
I was a wild child.
Without my sister’s knowledge, she was sitting on the edge of the bounce house reading those teen bop magazines. It had Bee Gees on the cover. I was on the second floor. Then I jumped. And landed in the center of the bouncy house. My sister flew up into space, with her hands and feet flailing in the air like an inflatable dancing balloon person.
She was the first woman in space. Ever since she still doesn’t talk to me. I was laughing on the inside. She landed safely on the hay. However, she missed the tree! Which was good. She’s still alive.
Which is why the rocket would not fly.
There were no astronauts, and they had mannequins and a toy. Could they send a president into space?
