Los Feliz Murder House and House on Haunted Hill
Domingo Feliz, a ranch owner in Los Feliz, was assassinated in 1838 by his wife’s lover, who was then executed with her. One of his descendants, Don [Antonio] Feliz, intended to leave all his wealth to his niece Petranilla when he went away, but a lawyer and another man were able to take it and alter his will as he lay dying. The fact that Petranilla cursed this territory and Griffith Park is well known. As a result, the entire land and the soil are affected by the curse.
I believe something sinister is happening in this house because the LaBianca murders have occurred in the neighborhood since then.
In 1959, Dr. Harold Perelson, a famous cardiologist and professor at USC committed a grisly murder-suicide at the Los Feliz Murder House by killing his wife while she slept. His daughters ran to a neighbor’s house to call for assistance after he also tried to attack his oldest daughter. Then Perelson ingested a lethal combination of drugs to end his life.
The house has been owned and sold numerous times, but this is the first time anyone has moved in. As a result, an investigator suspects a high level of paranormal activity.
