Hellfire Missile vs UFO? Pentagon Hearing Video Sparks Shockwaves
Washington, D.C. — A mysterious video shown on Capitol Hill this week has reignited the UFO debate after lawmakers aired footage that appears to show a U.S. Hellfire missile striking a glowing orb over the ocean — only for the object to keep flying.
The clip, reportedly captured by an MQ-9 Reaper drone near Yemen on October 30, 2024, was played during a House transparency hearing on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs). Rep. Eric Burlison introduced the footage, which shows radar and electro-optical views of a bright sphere and what looks like a direct intercept attempt. To the shock of viewers, the object spins but seems completely unharmed.
Witnesses Weigh In
Veteran journalists and military witnesses, including George Knapp, former USAF officer Jeffrey Nuccetelli, and Dylan Borland, pointed to other baffling incidents — such as the so-called “red square” seen over Vandenberg and a massive silent triangle sighted near Langley. Written testimonies detailing these events have now been filed with Congress.
