Do you know what the best way to prevent Alzheimer’s and Dementia is? According to Dr. Suzanne de La Monte from Rhode Island Hospital, she said that high sugar intake could cause memory loss and nitrates during her research. Such as iced tea, soda drinks, cakes, cupcakes, hamburger buns, Starbucks drinks, or your favorite food to eat and drink at restaurants. Water is always safe to drink, and it is free at restaurants.

Nitrates can be found in smoke meat, process food such as bologna (sandwich meat that you give to your children,) and hotdogs.

Getting a beer after work can help, but it also contains nitrates; but some beer companies are trying to clean it up and still make it taste great. So aware of it.

Always read the packages on food labels to see what you are getting in your food if you see sodium nitrate in process meats such as bologna, sandwich meats, and hotdogs. Please don’t get it.

Foods to eat:

Here are foods that are great to eat

Almonds and Walnuts are rich in Vitamin E you can eat or raw or dry roasted.

Blueberries are also good, more like a multivitamin.
