Feed Your Cold with Good Food
Do you know what the best way of not getting a cold is? Stay healthy! Meaning do you need to go to the doctor every time if you have a cough. Do you want your doctor to stick up a stick up your nose to see if you have a coronavirus?
The last time they did that to me was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like the doctors were probing me — through my nose. Luckily, I did not have it. I got vaccinated. I took the flu shot over four months ago. So, I am okay. I am made of steel. Cough.
The best remedy for preventing colds, not the virus, is good soup. I prefer the Chicken Soup with vegetables from the can. I prepared my soup somewhat differently. I do not pour my can of soup into a microwave bowl and heat it for four minutes until it’s hot. Nor pour the can of soup into a pot and boil it for a few minutes.
I found out if you minced garlic, ginger, and onions and fry it in olive oil, wait until it gets golden brown, and pour your soup. Then I add a little bit of salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. These ingredients will make your soup taste even better. It makes your breath garlicky and kissable, not really.
