Wall Street Apes, an X (previously Twitter), shared videos of flashing streetlamps above a Walmart in Newburgh, New York; flashing lights down a street in Waynesboro, Virginia; and flashing lights at the airport in Asheville, North Carolina.

“I am familiar with this location, but I went through all of our calls for service last night and did not locate any calls for service to this area,” Waynesboro Police Department Captain Jamie Dunn told Newsweek.
