Are You a Taylor Swift fan?
As I enter the arena, the symphony of voices humming in unison. A sea of shimmering sequins and pastel hues rippled through the stadium, each fan a beacon of excitement. As I settled into my seat, mostly I was on my feet the whole time. I am older and couldn’t believe I had the stamina and excitement to stand for three hours. There were a couple of muscle cramps. It disappears when I eat bananas to ease the pain.
One time, she actually looked at me — straight at me. Did I faint? No, I did not. I felt like Domingo from the Sabrina Carpenter concert. I would be arrested if I was at the Sabrina Carpenter concert. She would give me fuzzy handcuffs. It didn’t go too far.
It’s my fantasy. There’s nothing to see what’s in my head. Maybe I would have a good dream. You know what I mean. A good dream. And when I woke up, my pillow would be gone. Not really. Funny?
However, I had the energy throughout the whole evening. It was the final night of the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert.
The stage, a masterpiece of lights and shadows, transformed. Each song is a portal to a different era, a different version of Taylor. From the innocent charm of “Love Story” to the rebellious spirit of “Blank Space,” every note was a journey through time.
