Amy Rylance Got Abducted by Aliens
On October 4, 2001, Amy Rylance, 22, her husband Keith, and their friend Petra had a pleasant start to the evening. On this evening, they had been having a quiet gathering at Rylance’s house in the small Queensland town of Gundiah, close to Tiaro. However, Amy ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room, while her husband did so in the master bedroom and Petra in the guest annex.
At 11:30 PM, Petra entered the living room to check on her friend after a severe storm disturbed the previously quiet evening. Instead, she witnessed the beginning of an odd series of strange events that would lead to one of the most bizarre extraterrestrial abduction stories ever told.
Petra would claim that as soon as she walked into the room, she saw Amy being hoisted into the air and carried out the window, through which a huge disc-shaped craft was hovering. The horrified woman fainted for a split second before running outside to alert Keith to what was happening. However, when they arrived back in the living room, Amy had vanished along with the strange object, leaving behind a broken window.
