Eisenhower had a lot of stuff on his plate to take care of during his presidency time. Not because he had to go to the dentist to remove a piece of chicken that was jammed in his teeth. The stealth technology that the aliens gave him and jamming technology that could knock out planes from the skies without exploding them. The aliens could have given him a flossing device to clean his teeth. And during 1955, the first microwave came out to the public, and it could cook a great Salisbury steak that would melt in your mouth.
Negotiation with the aliens was the hardest thing to do. They had to use telepathic or a translator to translate what they were saying. How do you translate the telepathic language to English? Exceedingly difficult.
During Eisenhower’s time, he allowed the aliens to abduct 5,000 humans per year to serve as test subjects. So smaller animals were out of the question because they weren’t humans at all.
