1970s: A UFO Chasing Leon Turner’s car over a Periodical of time
On March 3, 1971, the “Dayton Daily News” published a piece about a troublesome UFO.
Yes, people were seeing UFOs all the time, even back then. If we can attribute everything to drones or other technology today, what might have been silently flying over locals’ heads fifty years ago?
By staff writer for Daily News Dale Huffman, Leon Turner claims that an unexplained, strangely illuminated spacecraft is hovering over the Dayton region. It buzzes through 1–75 traffic, swooping down, and it has followed Turner’s car a lot during the last five months.
Turner, 30, claims to have seen the spaceship multiple times; Turner resides at 110 Vandergrift Rd. Moreover, a few of Turner’s pals have also witnessed it.
Turner claims to be in good physical and mental health and that his 20/20 vision was recently examined a week ago. He asserts that his excellent spacecraft narrative is “absolutely true… and I’ll swear by it.”
According to him, everything began on September 1 last year, when Turner was employed as an engineer at Middletown radio station WPFB.
He remembered, “Some kid called and said he saw the strange lights near the station transmitter. I was on the job at the station.”
